Channel Popups
As players in the HQ universe there are an amount of popups you should
be familiar with, aswell as the color coding the channel is familiar with.
GM statements (Usually used for chastisement of others) are coded in bright
BLUE as it's the brightest color on IRC that won't cause retinal damage.
Below are examples of the types of popups usually seen in blue:
| Damian`Minogue ((Hello,
this is a role-play channel, NOT a chat. If you wish to join us, go
to the website, and come to #HQ_OOC for character approval PRIOR to
play)) |
| Damian`Minogue This
is an OOC room for a role-play channel, NOT a chat. If you wish to
join us, go to the website and get character approval PRIOR to play. |

) For perspective, realize the 'Command Table' (CT) is 75 FEET from
the nearest table. |
| Damian`Minogue ((TAKE

| Damian`Minogue **NOTICE
: If You Have Not Read AND Comprehended the Web Site http://headquarters.50megs.com
You Have NO business trying to create OR PLAY a character ** |
| Damian`Minogue Esto
es un papel de discurso de English que juega el canal, no un canal
de la charla. Gracias |
| Asha For the
MOST frequently asked questions, go to: http://headquarters.50megs.com/pocket/appendicies/faq.htm |
Furthermore, the most important popup you should familliarize yourself
with, is one used for "Correcting" players that step out of
line. An Example being:
| Asha grows
angry, smiting <player> with a dreadful bolt of lightning as
GM warning. |
| Phantom Grapples <player>,
Leaps into the Air, and Power Slams <player> Through the Dlex
Floor, "Clean up on Aisle three!" |
| Phantom Grasps <player>,
Shifts Crinos, and Rips <player> Apart like a wet roll of toilet
paper. |
Color Coding
| Grey |

by some players, |
| Navy |

movement, etc) |
| Purple |

anyway) |
| RED |
