Headquarters Island may be found 20 miles south of the remains of california, accessible by both air and sea craft. All travelers to and from the island are forced to pass through high-grade security measures including intensive scanning. These procedures are the reason no smugglers may be found on the island itself. Ferry times may be found in the table below.
