The Underground City is built to house 300,000 people, and has all the standard services you would expect in a city of it's size. Housing for the civilian and the military populations are separated by the business district which includes restaurants, shops..etc(See below). Nearly any 'modern' convenience can be found here, if you look for it. Newly constructed in 2023, the city is maintained by the government for the people living and working on Headquarters Island.
